This is the year for social media to reach education in a much bigger way Why? There is greter social adoption among educators and greater opportiunities to use it in the curriciulum. I am joining Ed Gragert of iEARN in a call for every school should be connected globally to one other by 2014. We were all inspired by President Obama's Cairo speech where he talked about the need to connect students in Kansas with students in Cairo Egypt. What do you think? Practical? Do you want to help?See More

I may be confused but as far as I know, WebCT is an LMS as well as Moodle, Blackboard, and others.
If you're referring to LMS, I think Moodle is the best of all.
