I am joining Ed Gragert of iEARN in a call for every school should be connected globally to one other by 2014. We were all inspired by President Obama's Cairo speech where he talked about the need to connect students in Kansas with students in Cairo Egypt. What do you think? Practical? If you're referring to LMS, I think Moodle is the best of all.
